Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Beta Auto Spare Parts Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
